About Me

Yardley, Pennsylvania
When I was 23 I got my first job working in newspapers as a page designer. It didn't pay much but that was ok because I got to do what I loved, which was using words and photographs to tell stories of people's lives. In the end, I'm hoping to do the same with this blog, while at the same time, grow as a photographer, writer, husband, son, brother, uncle and friend. Thanks for looking.

Mets Season Sliding Away

Washington Nationals short stop Danny Espinosa slides safely into home as the ball gets away from New York Mets catcher Josh Thole at Citi Field on Wednesday, July 25, 2012.
I made my way to Citi Field this afternoon to shoot the Washington National/New York Mets game for The Wall Street Journal. This is one of the few frames I liked from the take. The Mets season continued to spiral today as the Nationals stopped an eighth inning rally and won the game 5-2. I realize I've been beyond slow to update this thing. I'll try and keep up with it better going forward and below are a few more shots from the game...
