Earlier this fall I contacted Mike Rutt, one of America's top 800 meter runners, about chronicling some of his season as he makes a run for a spot on the Olympic team. It's already shaping up to be one of the cooler photo projects I've ever done. Aside from being an awesome runner, Mike's also a really cool person. Watching him do his thing on the track has helped inspire this washed up 400-meter runner to get back out there myself and take a crack at the world of Masters Track and Field. Thanks Mike. |
